Stunning spanish villa, not far from Marbella and recently converted to provide 4 exclusive, well appointed apartments, all with gorgeous sea views.End of cul-de-sac, close to restaurants, beach & new 5*GL hotel. Estepona town is less than 10 minutes. Very uncommercialised and still primarily Spanish with twisty streets and cheek-by-jowl houses; pretty plazas and sea-side promenade.
APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE INDIVIDUALLY OR TOGETHER.
We also have a one bed flat in the Port area. (See our website) The house has a half-acre garden; heated pool (from Oct '05); table tennis and wonderful tranquil views of the Mediterranean. Flats are very well equipped and include dishwasher.Most beds are single and can be zipped to provide a King sized double. Communal washing machine in garage. Owners live in one apartment and are on hand to maintain the villa as well as provide useful info and recommendations if needed. The house comprises :- The Pool Apt. One large bedroom with shower en suite; living/dining/kitchen with sliding doors to terrace overlooking the pool & sea.
The Fountain Apt. One large double bedroom with shower room en suite; one smaller double bedroom with shower room opposite; (both rooms have sliding doors to large private Terrace) Living/dining/kitchen with sliding doors to second terrace overlooking pool & sea.
The Palm Terrace Apt. A very large apartment with very large master bedroom suite with own terrace with sea views; large second double bedroom with shower room opposite; lounge/diner with kitchen off.
(If you require a larger unit, the Pool & Fountain have a normally locked communicating door. Together, they provide a 3 double bed; 3 shower; 2 living room & 2 kitchen unit.)
