The port is the start of a huge promenade that covers the whole bay of Estepona which is over a mile long. There is a popular tourist market here on a Sunday morning.
The beach has the EU Blue Flag award and is spacious and sandy. There are promenade cafes and beach bars dotted along the expanse of the beach.
Estepona Old Town is probably a 10 min stroll from the apartment along the promenade.
Estepona is a 15 min drive to Puerto Banus, 20 mins to Marbella and 35 mins to Gibraltar.
