Due to the southerly location it boasts an all year round warm climate, ideal for golfers wanting to escape the cold and wet winters. Duquesa marina is only 1 kilometer away where there are a variety of bars and international restaurants. From the marina in one direction you can walk along the beach front to the Spanish town of Sabinillas, where you will find fantastic beach front restaurants, and more traditional tapas bars in the side streets. In the other direction you will find Castillo which is well renowned for its selection of fish restaurants. Further inland you have the white walled mountain towns of Andalucia such as Ronda, Benehavis and Casares. Gibraltar is only 25 minutes which makes duty free shoping a must.
