Mountain and sea views from the terrace 500 metres (about a 10 minute walk)from unspoilt beach (with facilities and beach bar/restaurant), 10 minutes drive from Estepona, few minutes by car from Duquesa port and town of Sabinillas - a great place with lovely beach front, promenade, a number of good restaurants and cafes a real feel of Spain - a 30 minute walk from the beach along the promenade to Sabinillas.
Resort has three pools, two with lifeguards in the summer months (May to October) and one open access throughout the year, free sun loungers, and childrens pools at each pool (open all the time). Secure parking and store available for golf clubs and bikes. Apartment has heatimg and airconditioning. Security guards and secure access to the apartment, spacious gardens and pool areas.
The appartment is surrounded by golf courses and adjacent to the Finca Cortesin golf course new home of the Volvo World Match Play and Jack Nicklaus Academy, Dona Julia, Casares Golf and Country Club and restaurant is "over the road". The famous Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama (home to the 1997 Ryder Cup) are all nearby and it is close to the picturesque village of Casares.
The appartment is 25 minutes from Gibraltar. 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. 50 minutes from Malaga Airport via toll motorway. Car recommended to get the most out of the area but taxis and local buses are available close by. Frequent flights into Gibraltar (BA and Easy Jet fly from Gatwick and Monarch from Luton or Manchester or many carriers to Malaga.
