Set in a gated community, with secure access via a digital fob and with private parking, this is essentially a two bedroom apartment (one bedroom is retained for the owner's use when the property is not rented out) in a perfect location, right in the heart of Estepona port and walking distance to a range of beaches/beach bars and the old town of Estepona.
The apartment has just recently come available to holiday lettings, and the price reflects a significant saving for clients wanting clean and comfortable accommodation in a superb location. The kitchen has been re-equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The en-suite bedroom is very spacious and overlooks the dining room with views out to the marina. Panoramic views over the port and from the port across to Gibraltar and the mountains of North Africa make this a very special location, and with the range of activities in the surrounding areas, there is sure to be something to meet everyone's needs. Estepona port has many bars and restaurants, as well as the largest working fishing fleet west of Malaga, and the old town of Estepona retains it's authentic Spanish atmosphere. Puerto Banus is a 20 min drive away, with Marbella just a few miles further along. In the opposite direction, Sotogrande is lining up to be the next big "designer shopping" location and Gibraltar continues to attract visitors who came in search of duty free bargains and an opportunity to experience the culture of this unique area. The white villages around Estepona continue to provide a wonderful opportunity to experience real Spanish hospitality and authentic food and drinks first hand.
